For more than 11 years, SHG Advisors has partnered with government, nonprofit, and private sector leaders to design and deliver solutions that strengthen communities and organizations. Our consulting work focuses on strategy, innovation, and implementation support — helping clients turn bold ideas into measurable impact.

Through this work, we encountered bold ideas with the power to make a difference — but without extra support, capacity, or infrastructure, many of them never made it off the ground. We saw an opportunity to help those ideas thrive.

We founded SHG Innovations, an independent nonprofit organization, to incubate ideas and empower change.

While legally and operationally separate, SHG Innovations was created by SHG Advisors as a mission-driven partner to steward initiatives that require sustained community investment, neutral governance, and nonprofit accountability.
